Narrative Global Sales is bringing a new dose of holiday horror to AFM with STABBIEST SEASON, a gleefully vicious Christmas slasher from writer-director Jack McDermott.

Anti-Claus is coming to town. When the mythical killer turns a Christmas Eve party into a bloodbath, a group of young revelers must work together to survive the night—and stay off the naughty list.

Blending holiday mischief with brutal, inventive kills, STABBIEST SEASON is designed for the seasonal horror audience, with a memorable new Christmas monster at its center. The project is written, directed and produced by Jack McDermott, with Olivia Simon producing and Alex Williams executive producing. Filming is planned for 2027.

Worldwide rights are available. The screenplay and pitch deck are available on request.

DE NOVO, the sci-fi feature written and directed by Jenna Kanell (TERRIFIER), is currently in post-production. As reported by Deadline, Lilly Wachowski's Anarchists United, with Sarah Marie Flores and Lawrence Mattis, has joined the film as executive producers.

The story follows a reclusive scientist studying fungi who discovers, in the wake of a cosmic event, that she is trapped in a simulation powered by a system she helped create. The cast includes Justin Chien, Alexis Louder and Frank Crim.

Deadline's AFM feature also spotlights STABBIEST SEASON and FATHER FIGURE as part of Narrative Global Sales' genre slate.
